Job Description:
Elident Dental Office, located in the heart of Oceanside, New York, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment focused on delivering high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of dental practice.

Working Hours:
Monday and Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations to diagnose and treat dental issues while keeping an emphasis on prevention.
Provide a wide range of general dental services, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and preventive care.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements:
Active New York State Dental License.
Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental program.
Ability to provide a full range of dental services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Commitment to the highest standards of patient care and dental excellence.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Dentist.
Strong understanding of dental procedures and diagnostics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex dental cases.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A patient-centric approach and excellent bedside manner.
Current CPR certification.
