Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Underwriter to join our team. As our Lead PL Underwriter, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our Personal Lines book of business.

Duties:

-Responsible for the renewal process and managing a full book of business in accordance with our renewal timeline as well as writing New Business.

-Provide day to day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, billing issues, invoicing, and contract reviews as efficiently as possible.

-Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication is necessary with Clients, Carriers, and internal team members.

-Performs specific tasks associated with new and existing accounts within the Personal Lines Unit.

Work to retain accounts through excellent customer service and proactive renewal process.

-Must have 4 years personal lines experience.

-Must be able to take initiative and work alone.

Skills:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

-Service oriented, team player who has attention to detail with client relations focus.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

-Well versed in Citizens policies
